Acorn C/C++ patch for 32bit RISC OS

RISCOS Ltd. released a freely downloadable upgrade for Acorn C/C++ to
develop applications for future 32bit only RISC OS versions. However
you cannot download this goody with Acorn computers, as the download
page uses Java-Script. Nice job, guys! ;)
